Youth Unlimited employs staff members who are experienced, well-trained and highly professional in their work with children and their families.  Our employees include a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical social workers, social workers, qualified professionals, and residential counselors.


Bobby Lindsay

Director of Clinical Operations

Bobby earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  He joined Youth Unlimited in 1991 and is currently serving in the position of Director of Clinical Operations.  He and his wife have served as houseparents at Youth Unlimited and he has over twenty-five years of experience working with children and families in the community.

Judy Fradenburg

PQI/Training/Client Care Director, Foster Care and Sibling Group Care Program Director.

Judy has a BA in Psychology from Wake Forest University, a MSW from East Carolina University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She worked for 6 years as a foster care social worker for the Department of Social Services before starting at Youth Unlimited in 2003.  She is our PQI, Training and Client Care Director, Director of Foster Care, Sibling Group Care Director, and a trained Peer Reviewer with COA.

Wanda Martin

Sibling Group Care Manager

Wanda is the manager of our Sibling Group Home Residential Program.  She and her husband are longterm foster care parents.  She came to work with Youth Unlimited in 2009 and previously managed the Youth Unlimited Maternity Home.  In her current position she oversees the Smith Home and the Millis Home both of which provide care for sibling groups.

Cliff Parker

Executive Director

Cliff has a BS in psychology, a MA in counseling, and a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1991.  He previously worked as a inpatient program director and has been a divisional vice president for a hopital specialty company.  He and his wife also served as houseparent for Youth Unlimited from 1982-1985.  Cliff also conducts the PCIT program at the Morrow Office in Sophia, NC.

Vivian Thomas

Administrative Assistant

Vivian started at Youth Unlimited in 1968 as a volunteer at our first program – a storefront ministry in downtown High Point.  She was hired in 1974 to assist her late husband, former Executive Director Larry Thomas, in opening the Slane Home for boys where she worked as a houseparent.  She currently serves as the Administrative Assistant in the High Point Office.

Jane Hoonhout

Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Jane earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is a licensed Nurse Practitioner, certified in Family Psychiatric-Mental Health.  She joined Youth Unlimited in 2011 and operates the Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Medicine Management Clinic from two office locations: Sophia, NC and High Point, NC.

Matt Faulkner

Residential Program Director

Matt earned his degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families.  Matt started at Youth Unlimited as the House Director of the Slane Home.  He is currently the Residential Program Director for our Level III homes.

Keisha Moore

Licensed Professional Therapist

Keisha earned a Master’s Degree in Human Services with a concentration in marriage and family counseling, and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina.  Keisha started working with Youth Unlimited in the Intensive In-Home program in 2011.
